The V-Series amps offer the versatility required for many different musical styles, and have the unique tonal purity of a hot-rodded tube amp.
The V5 is a single-channel amplifier with a master volume control and a tone control. It cranks out 5 watts from a single EL84 output tube in a Class A single-ended configuration into one 10" internal speaker.
It provides a wide range of clean to overdriven sounds, making it ideal for recording as well as a practice amp.

That's why the small tube amp is a long time secret weapon of toneful guitarists and wily producers to getting big, cranked-to-the-max tube tones down on tape.
Our new V5 Class A combo features a single EL84 output tube producing 5 watts through a single 8" speaker. You won't find a tube circuit much simpler than that, and it gives you the sweet, pure cleans and warm, crunchy overdrive that can only come from tubes. Simple volume, gain and tone/shape controls give you the widest range of sounds you can find on a practice/recording amplifier.

Use this jack to connect your guitar to the amplifier using a shielded instrument cable.VOLUME:
Use this to adjust the gain and channel overdrive.With the control turned counter-clockwise, the gain is low and very little distortion is present.TONE:
This adjusts the overall tone of the sound.Turning the control clockwise increases the higher frequencies for a brighter, crisper sound.Turning the control counterclockwise reduces the higher frequencies for a darker sound.LAMP:
This illuminates when the amplifier is turned on.ON/OFF SWITCH:
Use this switch to turn the amplifier on and off.As you rotate it clockwise, the gain increases, producing more overdrive distortion, and a higher output volume level.AC LINE CORD:
The grounded power cord should only be plugged into a grounded power outlet that meets all applicable electrical codes, and is compatible with the voltage, power, andfrequency requirements stated on the V5 rear panel. Do not attempt to defeat the safety ground connection.FUSE:
This protects the unit from damage due to overload conditions or power line surges.If the fuse blows,replace it only with the same size and type as listed on the chassis.Voltage Select Switch:
Set this switch to "115" for 120 VAC mains, and to "230" for 220-240 VAC mains.With the amplifier power cord unplugged, use the tip of a small flatblade screwdriver to slide this switch to the proper position.SPEAKER 8 OHMS:
