The AKG D880WL1-MKII is the D880 condenser capsule designed for use with AKG wireless modular handheld transmitters.
The D880 features a hyper-cardioid polar pattern providing maximum gain before feedback and minimizes noise at the off-axis sections of the capsule.
This makes the microphone suitable for live sound reinforcement and public address situations where monitor speakers and ambient noise may be present.
The element yields a frequency response of 60 - 20,000Hz and features an SPL rating of 147dB.
